• To apply, please download the applications (found in the “Documents” section on this page), print, fill out and return to the Zoning Administrator at the address listed on the application with a check for the proper amount payable to Pine City Township.

• Rates:

  • Site (before you build) Permits: $100.00

  • Conditional/Interim Use Permits and Variances: $600.00

Contact the Septic Inspector Amy Thompson for New Septic Installations and Existing Septic Inspections at: 320-980-0235. To apply please download the application, print, fill out and mail in with a check payable to Pine City Township

• Rates:

  • Septic Inspections: $450.00

Right of Way Permits can be printed, filled out and returned with a check payable to Pine City Township for $50.00. The Clerk will contact you with final approval.
